FAQ/Policies
Q - What time are deliveries made?
A - Deliveries can be made during the day while the recipient is at work. If a daytime delivery is not suitable, then a nighttime delivery can be made.
Q - How are the signs set up?
A - Our signs are inserted in the ground with small stakes or posts. It does no damage to the lawn or sprinkler system.
Q – Can I move my display?
A – No. We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please DO NOT pull the critters from the ground. Our little animals are happy where they are! If you need them moved prior to pickup, please call to make arrangements!
Q - What are your signs made of?
A - Most of our signs are made of plastic that is widely used in the sign industry.
Q - When are the displays picked up?
A - Each display is guaranteed for 24 hours. However, arrangements can be made to leave them longer.
Q - Where do you deliver?
A - All of Hillsborough County and parts of Pinellas County. Call if you have a question about your particular location.
Q - May we keep one of the smaller signs as a souvenir?
A - No, all signs are the sole property of the business. We DO leave a gift bag with a souvenir and a birthday card for the recipient as part of our delivery!
Q - How far in advance should I order a display?
A - The earlier the better, however, we try to accommodate all requests, even if they’re last minute!
Q - Do you deliver in bad weather?
A - We DO deliver in the rain. If inclement weather prevents us from delivery, we can either reschedule or refund your money. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, high wind, or other acts of God.
Q – What is included in a lawn display?
A – A large “message sign” that proudly displays the person’s name/age or celebratory occasion, and all the little critters (up to 60 on some displays!) We find that people don’t count the critters to match their age.. and we think the more the merrier! We like to fill the WHOLE yard! We also leave a gift bag with a souvenir and a birthday card!
Q - How do you accept payment?
A - I can direct you to pay securely on-line with a credit card, or you can pay by check or cash. Contact me directly for arrangements on payment.
Q – Do you offer refunds?
A - We will offer a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours or due to inclement weather we can not set-up the greeting. We will not issue a refund if the homeowner stops us from setting up our display or calls and requests removal of the display. You have given us the wrong address, a loose animal on the property that prevents us from entering the property, or any other reason that prevents us from setting up our display
